Yes, we have solar power to run our lights, fridge and fan. However, as you can imagine (especially in winter) this can run out. We do have a back up generator, but please be careful with your power usage – turn off lights when out and about.

There is not enough power for hair dryers, charging bikes or cars – the woolshed is available for bike charging.

No mobile coverage, but there is free wifi

Each Dome has a small wood burner, and extra blankets and hotwater bottles in winter, but we can't sugar coat that it's still winter. Warm PJ's are advised. The Domes warm up and are cozy but things do cool down over night. Being good with log burners definitely helps.

Yes in the shared cookhouse and there is a small chilly bin in each dome

Breakfast is included in the price.

We can supply a antipasto platter on request for $40 for 2 people

Evening meals are self catering at this stage - we are looking to provide a dinner basket on request later in the year.

Bring plenty of food.

Really on a case by case basis.

We have kiwi on the property so are careful about which dogs are OK to have on-site.

That's like "how long is a piece of string". Ideally 2 people per Dome.

Each Dome potentially could sleep 4 however we only have 1 king size beds in each Dome.

Each dome is booked separately but you could book the whole site for a group.

Walking shoes are a must and slip on shoes recommended for walking between the showers and the Domes.

Warm layers always work best in the winter but don't forget your togs in the summer.
